How RAL 3027 reads
Raspberry red is a deep, cool red with a crimson, slightly pink lean. It is cooler than RAL 3018 strawberry red and lighter than RAL 3003 ruby red, sitting neatly between the two.
Where it turns up
It suits doors, furniture, bikes and accent walls. Cool reds can look purple under some lights, so check the sample where it will be seen.
Ordering RAL 3027 in paint or powder
Quote the number, not just the name: say "RAL Classic 3027" and add the gloss level, the product type (wall paint, metal paint, powder, aerosol) and the surface. The same number mixed by two makers, or in two gloss levels, can look slightly different, so keep a whole job in one batch and look at a sample in daylight first.
