How RAL 6014 reads
Yellow olive is a dark, brownish olive, warmer than RAL 6006 grey olive and close to RAL 6008 brown green. It reads earthy and subdued, more brown than green in poor light.
Where it turns up
It works on machinery, sheds, gates and garden furniture. Matt finishes keep it looking natural, and a dark grey primer helps a single topcoat cover on bare metal.
Ordering RAL 6014 in paint or powder
Quote the number, not just the name: say "RAL Classic 6014" and add the gloss level, the product type (wall paint, metal paint, powder, aerosol) and the surface. The same number mixed by two makers, or in two gloss levels, can look slightly different, so keep a whole job in one batch and look at a sample in daylight first. The paint counter guide covers the questions to ask.
